This position performs professional, advanced, and specialized services including therapeutic interventions and crisis management for clients’ intricate needs and compounded psychosocial factors. They will manage cases with myriad complexity to include family situations, health/mental health factors, and substance abuse issues in areas related to Indian child welfare, elder and vulnerable adult cases, wraparound supportive services, emergency assistance, and juvenile justice. The incumbent must provide advocacy, linkages to other appropriate services and counseling to address complex emotional and social issues. This position requires frequent travel throughout Southwest Michigan and additional travel throughout Michigan may also be required.
