About The Position

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Corporate Social Media Manager to lead the company's corporate reputation and thought leadership strategy across its corporate-owned channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and the corporate website. This is a senior strategic role within the Corporate Communications team, focusing on shaping how the world understands Expedia Group as a company and building programs to increase the visibility of its leaders, people, and work. The role involves close collaboration with senior leaders, campaign leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate the company's vision and achievements.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in corporate communications, social media strategy, or content marketing.
  • Meaningful experience at a global company or agency.
  • A track record of building or transforming a corporate social program, not just managing one.
  • Experience developing executive social content and working directly with senior leaders.
  • Strong cross-functional experience in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional writing skills: clear, pithy, and versatile across different formats.
  • Strategic instinct: ability to differentiate between content that earns attention and content that merely fills a calendar.
  • Editorial discipline: journalistic approach with a nose for stories and a clear sense of what content is relevant.
  • Platform fluency: understanding of how LinkedIn and Instagram work and staying current with platform evolution.
  • Data literacy: ability to read analytics, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate them into editorial decisions.
  • Stakeholder management skills: credibility with executives, collaboration with peers, and clarity with creative partners.
