Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Slot operations or equivalent management experience
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of Slot Operations during your assigned shift, ensuring a seamless, high-energy gaming experience
- Inspire, engage, and develop your team—building a positive culture that attracts and retains top performers
- Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with MGM’s S.H.O.W. service standards
- Oversee daily operations, staffing levels, and guest experience metrics to drive performance and satisfaction
- Mentor assistant managers and team members to support growth and career development
- Analyze business needs and make real-time operational decisions on the gaming floor
- Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and operational procedures
- Safeguard company assets, including equipment, keys, and sensitive materials
- Lead training initiatives and ensure consistent execution of company programs
- Partner with leadership, vendors, and regulatory agencies as needed
