About The Position

Cedar Park Group is seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to oversee on-site construction operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards. This is a leadership role responsible for managing field teams, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining overall jobsite performance.

Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site operations
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, and move across job sites for extended periods
Ability to work in various weather and site conditions

Nice To Haves

OSHA certification or professional certifications (e.g., CCM)

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
Supervise and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and labor crews
Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement construction schedules and plans
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
Enforce jobsite safety protocols and company policies
Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation
Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment, and workforce scheduling
Create and maintain project schedules and three-week lookahead plans
Identify and resolve jobsite issues and conflicts
Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
Support overall project execution to meet quality and performance standards
