Contractor may be required to travel CONUS and within the NCR during the performance of this contract to attend meetings, conferences, and training. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an IRS Moderate Background Investigation (MBI)/Public Trust.

Requirements

• 6+ years ServiceNow experience
• 2+ years Federal experience
• Must prove they can translate enterprise business requirements into technical designs and manage deployments across complex DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD environments.
• Emphasize hands-on troubleshooting of complex production issues at an enterprise scale, optimizing queries for massive databases (CMDB/CSDM), and implementing secure, AI-driven automation capabilities (like Now Assist).
• ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, Flow Designer/IntegrationHub, UI Builder/Workspaces, platform security, performance optimization.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required for applicable domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM/SAM) preferred.
