About The Position

This is a permanent, full-time position for a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Team Lead located in Woodlawn, MD. The role requires strong technical leadership and extensive experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. The candidate will be responsible for driving solutions, managing change, and supporting IT-related data integrity, including CMDB, HAM, and SAM. Experience with various ServiceNow modules and integrations is essential. Federal Government experience is also a key requirement, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is necessary. This is a hybrid role.

Requirements

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Bachelor's degree + 7 years of experience, Master's degree + 5 years, or 11+ years in lieu of a degree
• Strong technical leadership experience (5+ years)
• Technical leadership driving solutions/change (5+ years)
• Architecture/system design experience (5+ years)
• Supporting IT-related data integrity, including CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc. (5+ years)
• Strong experience across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC and/or HR
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and third-party technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform
• Federal Government experience
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD and CIS certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and drive solutions/change.
