About The Position

As a Senior Security Project Manager, you will lead complex security projects, ensuring they meet corporate priorities through expert project management. Your responsibilities include overseeing schedules, costs, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while adhering to Johnson Controls' operational principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience in project management.
• Five years of experience in security project management or new construction.
• Willingness to undertake deployments of 6-18 months, primarily in the Dublin/Columbis, OH area.

Nice To Haves

• CSPM or PMI PMP certification, or willingness to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Manage security system installations, define project scope, and employ risk management strategies.
• Demonstrate accountability and integrity by ensuring all project deliverables align with organizational standards and client expectations.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with project staff, customers, and management.
• Collaborate effectively across teams, valuing diverse perspectives to address challenges and optimize solutions.
• Oversee project budgets, forecast financial trends, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Adapt strategies swiftly to remove obstacles and ensure project fiscal goals are met efficiently.
• Conduct worksite inspections to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to refine processes and uphold excellence in service delivery.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, fostering satisfaction and trust.
• Prioritize customer-centric approaches to enhance overall satisfaction and long-term relationships.
