About The Position

Seeking a Senior SDET Automation Engineer with 10+ years of experience designing and scaling enterprise test automation frameworks across web, mobile, and API platforms. The role focuses on developing scalable automation frameworks and comprehensive test strategies, integrating automated suites into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments, and advancing enterprise quality engineering practices. The position is located in Washington, DC, and includes a W2 requirement. Visa sponsorship is listed as any visa type except H1B.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and scaling enterprise test automation frameworks across web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber (BDD), TestNG, and WebdriverIO.
• Mobile automation using Appium, XCTest, XCUITest, Android AVD, and Xcode.
• API testing with REST Assured, JSON/GSON, and RESTful services.
• Complex SQL queries and stored procedure validation.
• CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Jira, Kibana dashboards, and automated test reporting.
• ADA/Section 508 accessibility and PCI compliance testing.
• Functional, regression, integration, load, and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web, mobile, and API automation frameworks.
• Create and execute comprehensive automated test strategies.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
• Manage defects and build quality dashboards and reporting.
• Drive shift-left testing and collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and development teams.
• Establish automation standards and improve enterprise quality engineering practices.
