About The Position
Fusion Technology is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes for multiple teams. This role involves sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives, as well as removing impediments, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and tracking metrics like velocity. The position is located in Quantico, VA.
Requirements
- Active TS Clearance is required.
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related experience in Agile/Scrum.
- Experience effectively managing a technical team via Agile.
- Experience in software/R&D environments.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information across teams to include bridging technical gaps.
- Ability to function independently and ability to delegate tasks across teams.
- Must be able to direct and mentor others on the team.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
Responsibilities
