In this role, you will be part of an active, multidisciplinary group of scientists dedicated to providing high level analytical support to product development scientists in R&D, manufacturing groups, and special project teams. You will be expected to lead development of LC-MS assays for the quantitation of proteins in complex mixtures. Additionally, you will perform advanced characterization of large biomolecules including monoclonal antibodies, multi-specifics, and antibody drug conjugates.

Requirements

  • BS in Chemistry or related field plus 5-7+ years of experience with demonstrated hands-on proficiency with advanced instrumentation, with high resolution and/or triple quadrupole LC-MS platforms OR a master’s degree with 3-5+ years of stated above experience, OR a PhD with 0-1+ years of stated above experience
  • Advanced experience with a variety of enzymatic and chemical methods of sample preparation for large biomolecule LC-MS, such as digestion, enrichment, depletion, and labelling or related
  • Experience working and communicating effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice To Haves
