About The Position

OmniTrust Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant to design and deliver end-to-end SAP solutions for clients across the United States. The role combines functional expertise with technical skills in integration, data migration, and interface development. The consultant will lead workshops, contribute to presales solution shaping, and guide implementations from blueprint through go-live. The position is suited to an independent problem-solver committed to client success. The consultant will work across SAP FICO, HCM, EWM, or Supply Chain modules and use SAP CPI for integration work. Responsibilities also include contributing to global templates and practice-building efforts, developing reusable accelerators, managing stakeholders, and documenting solutions and processes. The role is based at 4080 McGinnis Ferry Rd, Ste 1008, Alpharetta, GA, and is full-time.

Requirements

7–10 years of experience as an SAP Techno-Functional Consultant.
Hands-on experience in at least one of SAP FICO, SAP HCM, SAP EWM, or SAP Supply Chain modules.
Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
Experience with data migration and interface development, in addition to functional consulting.
At least three full end-to-end SAP project lifecycles.
Experience as Lead Consultant on at least one large, complex implementation.
Deep understanding of cross-functional integration across SAP modules.
Strong problem-solving skills and a client-success mindset.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Ability to work with multiple computing platforms, including hardware and software.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

SAP certification in one or more SAP modules.
Certification in related technologies.
Experience building accelerators, templates, or reusable assets.
Experience supporting presales, bids, and solution demonstrations.
Industry knowledge and an interdisciplinary background suited to working with a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end SAP solutions that meet customer business needs.
Identify gaps between business requirements and standard functionality, and develop and implement solutions to address them.
Lead fit-gap analysis, business process blueprinting, and client workshops.
Lead or support bids and presales activities, including scoping, solution design, demonstrations, effort estimation, and defining differentiators.
Deliver implementation, integration, and migration work across multiple SAP modules.
Lead data migration and interface development, including integrations built with SAP CPI.
Build competency around relevant global templates.
Develop system-based and non-system-based accelerators for rollouts and implementations.
Contribute to practice-building activities such as proofs of concept, training, and accelerator development.
Manage stakeholders and clearly communicate progress, risks, and decisions.
Thoroughly document solutions, designs, and processes.
Work autonomously and meet project deadlines.
