About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking a Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to support implementation of an ERP Archival and Reporting Solution for the Puerto Rico Department of Health. The role combines financial business-process expertise with technical reporting and analytics to develop dashboards, reports, training materials, and data retrieval solutions that maximize the value of historical ERP information. The position is based onsite in Puerto Rico and is a six-month project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting ERP Finance functions and reporting solutions.
• At least 3 years of Oracle SQL and database experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Oracle APEX development or reporting tools.
• At least 1 year of experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing, to support bilingual users and training activities.

• Knowledge of Financial Management, Accounting, Budgeting, and Fiscal Operations processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from Finance, Fiscal Management, Audit, Compliance, and operational stakeholders.
• Design and develop Oracle APEX dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Create custom historical reports using archived ERP data.
• Develop reporting and analytics solutions for finance operations, management decision-making, audits, and compliance activities.
• Conduct database and data analytics training sessions for PRDoH personnel.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and knowledge-transfer artifacts.
• Optimize SQL queries, reports, and data retrieval processes to improve performance.
• Implement enhanced search capabilities for archived transactions, records, and supporting documents.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues.
• Assist ERP users with troubleshooting, system functionality, and best-practice guidance.
