About The Position

Wipro is seeking a Techno Functional Consultant L1 to provide enterprise infrastructure architecture, transformation, and solution design services. The role focuses on designing end-to-end infrastructure solutions that support application modernization and digital transformation initiatives. Solutions may span virtualization, containers, cloud, middleware, databases, and networking, and may leverage VMware, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Hadoop, and other cloud and container platforms. The consultant will architect database solutions for enterprise platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, and Couchbase, as well as design microservices architectures, ingress and egress routing, load balancing, and high-availability solutions. The role also involves developing architecture standards, reference models, and design patterns; performing technology assessments, capacity planning, resilience analysis, and cost optimization; ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture, security, regulatory, and risk-management standards; and supporting transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. The position requires 5–8 years of experience and mandatory skills in infrastructure, cloud computing, and architecting. The expected compensation range is $60,000–$135,000, with final compensation dependent on factors including location, skills, and relevant experience. Responsibilities

Design solutions leveraging VMware, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Hadoop, cloud, and container platforms.
Architect database solutions supporting Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Couchbase, and other enterprise platforms.
Design microservices architectures, ingress/egress routing, load balancing, and high-availability solutions.
Develop architecture standards, reference models, and design patterns.
Perform technology assessments, capacity planning, resilience analysis, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, regulatory, and risk-management standards.
Support transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
