Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Responsibilities

Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
Demonstrate strategic mindset for delivering impactful, client-aligned projects
Manage complex ERP projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and progress monitoring

Establish project governance, steering committee structure, and reporting cadence.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate).
Provide solution guidance on planning processes, KPIs, and best practices.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.
Manage client expectations and provide executive-level communications.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, and enhancements.
Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams (SD, MM, FICO, PP, EWM, WM, Basis, Security, etc.).
Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP applications.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Manage delivery bottlenecks and ensure appropriate contingency planning.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
Track project costs and control expenditures.
Ensure optimal utilization of internal and external resources.
Ensure compliance with SAP standards and organizational governance processes.
Oversee testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover readiness.
Monitor quality metrics and project health indicators.
Coordinate organizational change management activities.
Ensure user training, adoption, and readiness plans are executed.
Support business transition and hypercare activities.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries.
Present progress updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.
Drive decision-making through data-driven project insights.
