About The Position

Lennar Merchandising & Visualization Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Pipeline Manager to oversee the health and performance of Creative Services pipelines. This role serves as the primary operational point of contact for Divisions, ensuring projects move efficiently through established workflows while proactively managing timelines, stakeholder communication, operational risks, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong operational judgment, and the ability to build relationships across multiple teams while maintaining visibility into pipeline performance and driving projects toward successful delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in operations, customer success, project coordination, pipeline management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining visibility across numerous active projects.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating project schedules, identifying risks, and maintaining operational timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate challenging situations professionally.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple moving pieces.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to proactively identify issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
  • Demonstrated success working across multiple departments to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Ability to interpret residential construction documentation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, processes, and technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with 3D visualization workflows is preferred to support effective collaboration with technical teams.
  • Knowledge of 3D visualization or modeling workflows is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the overall health of Visualization Services pipelines, ensuring projects continue moving efficiently and identifying bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
  • Maintain visibility into project schedules, proactively monitor milestones, and communicate timeline risks or changes to internal teams and Divisions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Divisions throughout the project lifecycle, providing proactive communication, managing expectations, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.
  • Partner with Project Coordinators, Interior Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Product teams, and external vendors to coordinate work, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
  • Identify operational risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues requiring leadership support to minimize impacts to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project information and pipeline status within Airtable and other operational tools, providing clear visibility across teams and leadership.
  • Build trusted relationships with Division partners through timely communication, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, customer experience, and operational efficiency while supporting ongoing process enhancements.
