About The Position

Optiveum is recruiting and contracting for an international client seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer. The role involves designing and delivering modern, clean-core-compliant solutions on SAP S/4HANA, including API-driven integrations, Fiori applications, and cloud-ready extensions using technologies such as RAP and ABAP Cloud (Steampunk). It combines hands-on development with business understanding and close collaboration with stakeholders in an English-speaking environment. The position is a full-time B2B contract, hybrid, with two days per week in the office in Wrocław. The rate is up to 200 PLN per hour net plus VAT.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in SAP development.
• Three to four years of hands-on experience with ABAP on S/4HANA, including CDS, AMDP, table functions, and the RAP framework.
• Excellent knowledge of ABAP development in S/4HANA, including ABAP Cloud (Steampunk) and SAP Clean Core concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Fiori.
• Experience creating CDS views, OData and REST services, and API-driven integrations.
• S/4HANA integration skills using REST APIs and SProxy.
• Experience with Adobe Forms.
• Knowledge of the SolMan ChaRM process.
• Experience handling defects with SAP Notes, including searching for notes, registering OSS cases with SAP, and installing notes.
• Knowledge of installing and/or activating S/4HANA Country Versions and installing namespaces for interfacing with legal systems.
• English at C1 level, written and spoken, for daily use.
• Strong communication, functional, and business skills, with a customer-oriented, systematic, and proactive approach.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the SAP SD module, including pricing, e-invoicing, and master data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ABAP solutions on S/4HANA in accordance with Clean Core principles and ABAP Cloud (Steampunk) concepts.
• Deliver solutions in the SAP SD area, including e-invoicing and master data.
• Build applications using RAP, CDS views, AMDP, and table functions.
• Design and implement OData and REST services and API-driven integrations, including SProxy.
• Develop and deliver Fiori applications.
• Create and maintain Adobe Forms.
• Handle defects and changes through the SolMan ChaRM process, including researching and installing SAP Notes and registering OSS cases with SAP.
• Install and/or activate S/4HANA Country Versions and install namespaces for interfacing with legal systems.
• Work with business and functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
