About The Position

With over 1,000 experts and strategic partnerships with leading global providers such as Microsoft, SAP, AWS and Salesforce, we support organizations across fintech, defense, healthcare, automotive, and e-commerce. We are looking for a skilled System Analyst to join a Salesforce team and lead business and technical analysis processes in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This role requires strong experience in system analysis, CRM processes, requirements gathering, writing specifications and user stories, and working with multiple stakeholders and interfaces.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing CRM systems in large organizations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with financial systems
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, user management, permissions, and Flows
  • Familiarity with call center, branch, or back-office processes
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems
  • Independent working skills and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly

  • Translate business requirements into effective system solutions
  • Lead design processes from requirements gathering through delivery
