About The Position

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Salesforce Engineer. This is a full-time contract (W2) position with a duration of 6+ months, located in Phoenix, AZ, and is an onsite role. The primary skill required is 8+ years of Salesforce platform development experience, with strong hands-on experience across Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, platform events, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integrations. The role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce platform internals, including governor limits, transaction management, security/sharing model, performance optimization, and large-scale data handling. Experience designing and supporting enterprise-grade integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and external platforms is essential. Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and production support skills in complex enterprise environments are required, along with a strong code review discipline, engineering standards mindset, and a focus on resiliency, quality, and operational excellence. The candidate will contribute beyond story execution, operate as a senior technical leader, drive design reviews, PR rigor, and technical documentation, mentor junior engineers, and help drive shift-left quality and scalable engineering practices.

Requirements

• Salesforce platform development experience (8+ years)
