Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, with a track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions.
- Deep proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and advanced Salesforce configuration.
- Expertise in Salesforce data management, including large-scale data migrations, integrations, and cleansing.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, using tools like REST APIs and middleware.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to design creative, enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce Developer/ Architect certifications.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or working with federal and state government clients.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for Salesforce, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement robust architectures for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and scalability requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend best practices, tools, and strategies for Salesforce development and integration.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, multi-system integrations involving Salesforce and other platforms, particularly AWS.
- Develop advanced Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Flow to meet complex business needs.
- Build custom applications and enhancements, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Establish and enforce development standards, including code quality, testing, and deployment practices.
- Implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other cloud services, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
- Design and implement data management strategies, including migration, integration, and data cleansing, to maintain platform integrity.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, resolve complex issues, and drive consensus on architectural decisions.
- Identify and drive improvements in development processes, tooling, and team collaboration to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce advancements and industry trends to recommend and implement cutting-edge solutions.
