About The Position

Requirements
- 3-6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Asynchronous programming.
- Understanding of Solutioning; ability to improve systems, not just fix bugs.
- Likely hold Platform Developer I/II certifications.
- Currently residing in the United States.
- Must hold a valid US work visa (H1-B, L1, etc.) or be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities
- Develop high-performing LWC, Apex, and complex integrations that scale.
- Map out sophisticated Workflows and system architectures to solve real-world bottlenecks.
- Act as a bridge between client needs and the best implementation methods using the full Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Manufacturing, and Experience Clouds).
