About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with over 10 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Lightning Flows. This role requires extensive experience with various Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning. A solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, user access, and governor limits is essential. The candidate should also be experienced in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and be familiar with version control systems like Git and CI/CD processes. Proficiency in using Salesforce recommended IDEs such as VSCode is expected. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good written and verbal communication skills, are crucial. Experience working with global teams and overlapping US time zones is also a requirement. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, or JavaScript Developer are highly recommended.

Requirements

10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce lightning Flows
Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service Lightning
Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, user access, and governor limits
