About The Position

CloserStill Media is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support and enhance our Salesforce platform across our US business. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role combining solution design, development, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in delivering Salesforce enhancements, supporting project and sprint-based work, and ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business needs. You will work closely with US-based stakeholders while collaborating closely with the central CRM team in the UK. A key part of this role is ensuring alignment with global Salesforce standards, architecture, and ways of working, supporting a unified platform across regions. This role operates as part of a global Salesforce function, and requires strong collaboration and alignment with the UK CRM team.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Senior Salesforce Developer.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
  • Experience working with integrated business systems such as Hubspot, ERP, Docusign and middleware platforms like Mulesoft.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with source control (e.g., Git, Gearset).
  • Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements, global standards, and agreed architecture.
  • Advise on best practices and scalable architecture that align to business operations and objectives
  • Work closely with US stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the UK Salesforce team to ensure consistency, avoid duplication, and maintain a single, aligned platform.
  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Contribute to delivery within Agile sprint cycles, including estimation and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using debugging tools and logs.
  • Ensure high-quality code through best practices and testing standards.
  • Work with source control and version management (e.g., Git, Gearset).
  • Support and follow DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other systems where required, including Hubspot, Unit4, Docusign, and other platforms
  • Maintain and provide clear user training and technical documentation and contribute to shared knowledge across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and efficiency
  • Lead technical and business workshops and discovery sessions
