Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Data Specialist, Salesforce Administrator, or related occupation.
• Delivering complex projects using Agile development practices.
• Working with Salesforce Security model and Salesforce configuration/customization.
• Working with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, and Lighting web components (LWC).
• Developing technical performance architecture.
• Working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Communities.
• Implementation of DevOps and source code management tools.
• Implementing and working with continuous integration and continuous delivery infrastructure.
• Integrating Salesforce with third party applications using SOAP/REST API, and Middleware.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend business requirement documents and user stories to create functional and system design specifications.
• Follow Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps, and applications available from third parties on the Salesforce AppExchange.
• Configure application with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations management to understand the system’s needs and ensure systems strategy and development are integrated into business effectively.
• Partner with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with architecture standards.
• Advise partners by anticipating customer needs and identifying appropriate solutions.
