About The Position

At auxmoney, you will join a dynamic, cross functional team with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a 360 degree view of the customer journey. You will work at the intersection of tech, product, and business, shaping scalable platform capabilities and reliable workflows that support one of Europe’s leading fintech platforms. You will shape how auxmoney builds and scales its Salesforce platform by owning end to end delivery and influencing technical standards. Your work will directly improve reliability, speed, and quality across customer facing and operational processes. You will grow your impact through mentoring and by helping define future architecture decisions.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands on Salesforce development experience (8+ years) in enterprise environments and a track record of delivering impact at scale.
  • Advanced in Flows and highly proficient in Apex and OOP, and confidently choose the right approach across Flow, Apex, and configuration.
  • Deep experience with Lightning Web Components, including lifecycle, reactivity, performance optimization, and UI and UX best practices.
  • Understand Salesforce’s security and sharing model and design for least privilege from the start.
  • Connect Salesforce to external systems via REST and SOAP, OAuth, and named or external credentials, and select suitable integration patterns for complex scenarios.
  • Consistently apply best practices in governor limits, bulkification, transactions, async processing, and error handling, and help others do the same.
  • Work fluently with Git and pull requests, and have hands on experience with CI and CD for Salesforce, for example Salesforce DX and GitHub Actions.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly in English and collaborate effectively in cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end delivery: You architect, implement, and maintain high quality Salesforce solutions across Apex, Flows, LWC, and data models, and you take technical ownership from design to release.
  • Build strong architectures: You apply clean architecture, testability, and performance best practices, and you raise the bar for maintainable code across the platform.
  • Deliver great Salesforce UX: You design and optimize Lightning Web Components with strong performance, thoughtful interaction patterns, and a focus on usable, scalable experiences.
  • Secure by design: You implement robust security and sharing concepts aligned with Salesforce’s security model, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field level security.
  • Integrate with confidence: You design and implement integrations via REST and SOAP, platform events, and connectors with resilient patterns, strong authentication, and thorough error handling.
  • Optimize for scale: You build within Salesforce governor limits and enforce best practices for bulkification, caching, transaction management, and async processing.
  • Raise engineering standards: You define and champion platform standards, coding conventions, code reviews, and design guidelines as a trusted technical authority.
  • Mentor and multiply impact: You coach junior and mid level developers through pair programming, structured knowledge sharing, and pragmatic guidance that improves team output.
  • Partner across stakeholders: You collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Operations to translate complex business needs into scalable technical designs and delivery plans.
  • Test for trust: You set expectations for meaningful unit and integration testing, and you help the team maintain strong, reliable coverage that supports safe delivery.
  • Keep the platform reliable: You strengthen observability and maintainability through documentation, architectural decision records, and practical knowledge sharing.
