About The Position

Peak & Peak is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to strengthen its Consulting Practice. The role works in a team that includes Scrum Masters, Consultants, Developers, and QA Engineers, and supports the development of less experienced consultants through mentoring. The consultant contributes to customer projects across the full project cycle, from initiation and analysis through planning, implementation, and evaluation. The company describes itself as an international, remote-first team working across Germany, Portugal, Greece, and beyond.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in the Salesforce or CRM environment as a business analyst, consultant, or project manager.
• Experience with Salesforce technology; Consumer Goods Cloud experience is identified as ideal.
• Strong interest in digital and analytical topics and a sound understanding of processes.
• Knowledge of software architecture and interface technologies in cloud environments, including user acceptance testing management.
• Customer-oriented and independent working style, with the ability to contribute individual strengths within a team.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work in an international environment and communicate fluently in German and English.
• Experience in one of the company’s focus industries.
• Expertise in agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Analysts, Developers, and Subject Matter Experts on customer projects across the project cycle, including initiation, conception, analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Participate in customer meetings to analyze needs and define implementation requirements for Salesforce projects.
• Create functional and data-based models and structured project plans from information provided by other teams, using agile working methods.
• Evaluate the feasibility of requirements and assess potential risks.
• Work in an agile team on multiple projects at the same time.
• Act as a link to the Solutions Practice and coordinate developers in implementing the project plan.
• Participate in regular team and customer meetings to discuss project status and next steps.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support their professional development.
