About The Position

DigiOffice is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect / Engineer to support enterprise CRM initiatives for a large-scale logistics organization. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that enhance business operations, enable seamless integrations, and support data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, custom development, enterprise integrations, and large-scale platform deployments. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, application teams, infrastructure partners, and operations leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. This is an on-site role based in Johns Creek, Georgia, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional technical and business teams. 100% On-Site (In-Office) Remote or hybrid candidates will not be considered.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and security.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with enterprise business objectives, such as solution design across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and broader platform capabilities.
  • Evaluate business requirements and translate them into secure, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions.
  • Lead the development and configuration of Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, flows, triggers, and custom objects.
  • Ensure all development aligns with best practices for security, scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
  • Design and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and integration frameworks.
  • Support data migration, synchronization, and transformation initiatives across connected enterprise applications.
  • Work directly with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and define effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in architectural discussions, roadmap planning, and strategic platform decisions.
  • Assess current Salesforce implementations and recommend opportunities for improvement, modernization, and optimization.
  • Support release management, testing, deployment planning, and post-release validation.
