About The Position

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions supporting federal government programs. This role blends hands-on architecture, technical leadership, and solution design across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with stakeholders across business, engineering, security, and government program teams to design secure, high-performing, and AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flow, Platform Events, integrations).
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce implementations in production environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or architecture role.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong experience with system integrations, APIs, and multi-platform environments.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce, or agentic AI concepts).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, and scalability principles.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership and government representatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on building reliable, maintainable solutions.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid EAD holder
  • Must have lived in the United States for at least 3 of the past 5 years
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Architect certifications (Data Architect, Integration Architect, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect).
  • Salesforce Designer & Architect Credentials (Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).
  • Experience working on federal government or regulated enterprise programs.
  • Public Trust Clearance required or ability to obtain one, depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative tools.
  • Define and evolve scalable system architecture, including data models, integration patterns, security frameworks, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including AWS, Microsoft Office 365, APIs, and other Salesforce orgs.
  • Drive AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, and agentic AI-based solutions.
  • Establish and promote DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and secure release management within Salesforce environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and mission requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support production systems, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and peers.
  • Ensure solutions align with compliance, security, and government standards.
