About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, team player to help us design and develop our Salesforce instance in the Financial Services Cloud for multiple business units across OneDigital including Wealth, Retirement, PEO, and Medicare teams. Our Salesforce team is agile and highly collaborative. As our business grows, the processes become more complex and require someone who is willing to think outside the box to meet the demands of our users. Our everyday operations will have you meeting with users and teammates to determine the best course of action to meet complex business process needs by building intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. We all jump in to get the job done and will expect the same from this role.

Requirements

  • Subject matter expert in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience creating new fields, complex flows, dynamic lightning pages, and complex formulas.
  • Experience managing and monitoring data integrity and security.
  • Ability to keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
  • Experience working on project teams to develop robust and comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience working as part of a project team to coordinate tool suite technology development and determine project scope and limitations.
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile practices.
  • Experience completing project and programming work on other software and/or systems.
  • Experience testing programs or databases, correcting errors and making necessary modifications.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party consultants to develop and test future product enhancements.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience collaborating with IT team members to ensure data integrity and system stability.
  • Experience analyzing and troubleshooting system issues and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation for system processes and procedures.
  • Ability to regularly meet established deadlines and SLAs and proactively communicate blockers.
  • Ability to take initiative to ensure work items are followed through to completion.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce.com applications
  • Design and implement solutions using the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, custom metadata, fields, flows, action plans, and reports.
  • Be a subject matter expert in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Customize database: Create new fields, complex flows, dynamic lightning pages, and complex formulas
  • Manage and monitor data integrity and security.
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for system changes and enhancements
  • Work on project teams to develop more robust and comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
