Note: This position is Hybrid to Pearl River, New York. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead functional delivery across our Salesforce Sales Cloud environment and related sales enablement tools. This is a player–coach role for a strong declarative expert who thrives in evolving environments and brings structure, clarity, and discipline to complex systems. As part of the CRM Solutions team, you’ll partner with the SVP, Global CRM & Business Solutions to help prioritize initiatives, refine backlog, and elevate delivery standards - while remaining deeply engaged in advanced configuration and automation work. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical thinking, expertise in process design, and the ability to solve complex problems with scalable solutions aligned to business workflows and strategic objectives. You will be comfortable diving into existing configurations, identifying improvement opportunities, and strengthening scalability, usability, and data integrity. In addition to owning advanced hands-on build work, you will oversee the quality and consistency of functional changes, guide other CRM Solutions team members, and ensure Salesforce delivery operates with clarity and accountability. Success in this role means reducing unnecessary complexity, improving automation reliability, raising functional standards, and ensuring Salesforce consistently delivers intuitive, reliable, and measurable value to the business.
