About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to support the administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of an enterprise Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for managing Salesforce users, security, declarative configuration, reporting, data quality, testing, releases, documentation, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex enterprise environment and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve business processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. This position requires someone who can act as a trusted advisor, provide user training, support governance standards, and help build internal Salesforce knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience administering, configuring, supporting, or developing enterprise applications.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative platform configuration.
  • Experience with Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and user provisioning.
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, record types, and page layouts.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and providing customer-facing support.
  • Experience supporting data migration, data quality, imports, exports, and system integration activities.
  • Experience participating in software testing, UAT, release management, and deployment processes.
  • Experience developing training materials, documentation, and providing end-user support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, migrations, or platform modernization projects.
  • Experience working in government, public sector, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience establishing Salesforce governance frameworks, support models, and administrative standards.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls.
  • Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, record types, page layouts, and reports.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and executive decision-making.
  • Support data quality activities, including imports, exports, data cleansing, deduplication, and migration support.
  • Participate in Salesforce release management, testing, deployment, and change control activities.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce configuration, security, data, reporting, and integration issues.
  • Support Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and approved integration tools.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, configuration standards, and knowledge base materials.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and guidance to business and technical users.
  • Mentor junior administrators and help establish Salesforce administration best practices.
  • Support Salesforce governance, security, compliance, accessibility, records management, and data governance requirements.
