The Senior Sales Training Specialist is part of the Global Sales Training Centre of Excellence for Life Sciences Group that is focused on accelerating sales team development, performance and growth. This position will help develop and deliver the high impact LSG Sales Excellence Curriculum for New Hires, Sales Professional & Leader programs; build Business partner programs incl. Global Commercial meetings plus drive learning innovation through Data & AI-enabled Coaching and Microlearning systems. This is an onsite position.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required with Master’s Degree preferred
7+ years of experience in sales training & development, sales positions, sales roles, facilitation, commercial learning, or instructional design/L&D role within Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or scientific/technical industry
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering Sales Excellence Curriculum across new hire, sales professional, and sales leader audiences
Strong instructional design skills for blended learning delivery including virtual, classroom, e-learning, and AI reinforcement modalities
Proven ability to build and maintain business partnerships with senior sales leaders and coordinate training roadmaps, delivery, and performance reviews
Track record of establishing or contributing to coaching cultures with frameworks, tools, and performance standards
Experience conducting data-driven skills assessments, creating development plans, and implementing 180/360 feedback tools
Strong proficiency with learning management and enablement platforms (Docebo, Allego preferred; Intrepid, Brainshark, Articulate Rise 360 beneficial)
Experience with sales methodologies (KornFerry -Strategic/Conceptual Selling, Challenger Sale)
Proven facilitation and coaching skills with track record of improving individual and team performance
Excellent program management skills including planning, execution, measurement, governance, and stakeholder communication across global regions (North America and Europe experience preferred)
Strong analytical skills to review sales performance data and competency trends to identify training gaps and prioritize interventions
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentation development
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex sales concepts into engaging training materials
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to influence without direct authority across a highly matrixed, global organization

Nice To Haves

Certifications in Strategic/Conceptual Selling methodologies, DiSC, or Professional Selling Skills.
Experience operating within a global team structure.
Track record of cross-functional influence and change management in a matrixed, global organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the high impact global sales excellence curriculum across new hires, sales professionals and leaders to accelerate development and sales performance
Strengthen and facilitate the new hire program curriculum in NA with blended learning experience of virtual, classroom, elearning, AI reinforcement
Training Specialist development includes certification in key sales excellence curricula programs incl. Korn Ferry Professional sales, Coaching, Strategic selling
Elevate quality and quantity of Sales Training programs delivered and move to Level 4 metrics to measure sales impact of all training.
Help establish a Coaching Culture across LSG Sales team with clear frameworks, coaching cards, performance standards
Build strong business partnerships with NA Sales Leaders to coordinate training plans, delivery, and quarterly reviews
Support the growth of the Sales Team through data driven skills assessments, development plans, 180/360 feedback tools, and leadership competency models
Support innovation through the development of AI Coaching role plays and microlearning modules using LMS Docebo and Allego systems.
Improve and standardize the Sales Excellence Curriculum globally, align training between North America and Europe, provide on-demand learning for all modules
