About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and consultative Senior Sales Specialist to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities from prospects with 1–49 vehicle fleets and deliver a higher-complexity, consultative sales experience. You will drive revenue within the small-fleet segment by leveraging deep product knowledge, advanced objection-handling skills, and proven closing expertise. As a senior member of the team, you will also serve as a resource to Associates and Specialists, modeling best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of phone sales experience required.
  • One or more years of quota-bearing sales experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong telephone presence and presentation abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems, databases, or related software to manage prospect activity and sales progress.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions, overcome objections, and foster customer relationships.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound opportunities from prospects with 1–49 vehicles, delivering a tailored and consultative sales experience.
  • Own the full opportunity lifecycle from qualification through close, ensuring a seamless buying experience and adherence to Inside Sales processes.
  • Drive revenue within the larger small-fleet segment by managing more complex inbound sales opportunities and applying strong product knowledge, objection-handling skills, and closing expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrate advanced sales skills, including needs assessment, solution positioning, objection handling, and deal navigation.
  • Utilize deep product knowledge to effectively present and position PrePass solutions to prospective customers.
  • Articulate PrePass value propositions while addressing objections and customer concerns with confidence and credibility.
  • Provide professional and high-quality brand representation during all customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and complete opportunity records in Dynamics 365 and consistently forecast pipeline activity.
  • Support pricing discussions, quotes, promotions, and negotiations with prospective customers.
  • Coordinate sales activities with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Serve as a resource to Associates and Specialists by modeling best practices and contributing to continuous improvement across the team.
