This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across key industrial and water treatment markets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial expertise in water treatment solutions, with specific experience in CEDI technology, experience with Reverse Osmosis (RO), and be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in industrial water treatment, membrane systems, or related process technologies.
  • Direct experience selling CEDI technology is required.
  • Experience with Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology.
  • Experience selling into OEMs is required.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Ability to manage complex technical sales processes across multiple countries and customer types.
  • Strong understanding of water purification applications in industries such as power, pharmaceuticals, microelectronics, food and beverage, and general industrial markets is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in Latin American markets and understanding regional business practices, distribution models, and customer expectations is highly desirable.
  • Portuguese language skills would be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for CEDI solutions across Latin America.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPCs, OEMs, channel partners, and consulting engineers.
  • Develop territory growth strategies.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Execute sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Work closely with application engineering, product management, and customer support teams to provide customers with technically sound and commercially competitive solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, support contract discussions, and ensure smooth project handoff after award.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings throughout the region.
