About The Position

The Senior Sales Representative, Unbranded Sales, will manage the business activities and direction for unbranded gasoline and distillate sales to a regionally assigned customer base. Deliver extraordinary results in terms of optimum earnings and customer satisfaction for both products and services.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 5 years of Marketing, Transportation or Commercial experience
• 1 or more years of experience demonstrating ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory

Nice To Haves

• 3 or more years of branded sales experience
• Ability to resolve conflict and not shy away from difficult conversations
• General knowledge of logistics and midstream assets (terminaling & transportation)
• General knowledge of Pricing & Supply

Responsibilities

• Utilizes regional customer base to optimize PSX product placement while maximizing the utilization of PSX midstream assets
• Creates strong working relationships and collaborates daily/weekly with Pricing & Supply, Traders, Customer Service, Credit, Commercial, VCO and other sales reps (unbranded & branded)
• Negotiates regional fuel supply contracts and provides supporting economic modeling
• Provides customer support and builds strong customer relationships
• Utilizes CRM tools to manage unbranded sales process
• Assists in developing long-term strategy for a particular region
• Assists the pricing group with sales strategy and go-to-market tactics for a particular region
• Meets or exceeds the defined business plan
