Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, sales methodology, quoting, pricing, approvals, and compensation concepts
  • Experience supporting cross-functional or global initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience preparing updates or materials for senior leadership
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools, such as ChatGPT or similar, to improve workflow efficiency, communication, analysis, and documentation
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data hygiene, or process governance
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Power BI or similar reporting experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support global Sales Operations initiatives across Sales, Orders, Finance, Salesforce, and related teams
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, action items, and leadership updates
  • Partner with global sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption
  • Develop communication and rollout plans for new processes, tools, and policy changes
  • Support training materials, process documentation, FAQs, and user guides
  • Coordinate UAT, including test planning, issue tracking, feedback collection, and process validation
  • Monitor post-launch adoption, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement
  • Apply Sales Operations knowledge to support project design, decision-making, and business impact analysis
  • Use AI tools to improve project execution, documentation, communication, reporting, and workflow efficiency
