About The Position

Delve Deeper is seeking a Senior Sales Manager of Strategic Partnerships to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development. This role involves building trusted relationships within partner ecosystems, creating new opportunities, and translating these into measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is comfortable developing executive relationships, leading complex sales conversations, and coaching a team. This position requires a blend of strong partnerships, operational rigor, and relentless execution, with a focus on turning relationships into revenue and building long-term value.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience within digital marketing, AdTech, SaaS, analytics, or technology consulting.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building sustainable pipelines.
  • Experience working directly with Google field teams, Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, media, and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience leading or mentoring business development teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and forecasting discipline.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across delivery, marketing, operations, and executive leadership teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Own a significant annual net-new revenue target and build a healthy pipeline to support growth goals.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans for predictable revenue generation.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and create new business opportunities.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Develop deep relationships within Google and other key platform ecosystems.
  • Position Delve Deeper as a preferred partner through education, collaboration, and consistent execution.
  • Identify and capitalize on co-selling opportunities across Google Marketing Platform, Google Cloud, Amazon DSP, and emerging partnerships.
  • Collaborate on joint business planning, pipeline reviews, and strategic account mapping.
  • Leverage partner programs, incentives, and product initiatives to accelerate growth.
  • Design and execute multi-channel outbound strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop targeted outreach campaigns aligned to market opportunities and partner initiatives.
  • Re-engage dormant opportunities and build new prospect relationships.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to support account-based marketing and lead generation efforts.
  • Continuously refine messaging, positioning, and sales plays based on market feedback.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Establish performance expectations, activity goals, and development plans for the BDR team.
  • Coach team members on prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and consultative selling.
  • Build repeatable systems and processes to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement within the business development team.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and opportunities.
  • Position Delve Deeper's solutions in alignment with client goals and priorities.
  • Navigate procurement, legal, and stakeholder alignment processes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Represent Delve Deeper at conferences, partner events, and industry engagements.
  • Stay current on trends across digital media, analytics, cloud technology, AI, and data privacy.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to internal teams.
  • Help shape Delve Deeper's go-to-market strategy and future growth initiatives.
