About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to support the growth of our business in Indonesia. This role focuses on building pipeline, engaging customers directly, and working closely with the regional team to drive new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of B2B sales experience
  • Background in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, ERP, or outsourcing solutions preferred
  • Experience in pipeline generation and customer engagement
  • Exposure to managing or supporting full sales cycles
  • Proven ability to build relationships with business stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Good understanding of Indonesia business environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Indonesia
  • Build and manage sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
  • Support end-to-end sales cycles together with the regional team
  • Engage HR, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Present and position solutions aligned to customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
