About The Position

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for signing new business for ampliFI Loyalty Solutions. This spans the entire enterprise sales cycle from identifying prospects, initial discussions, sharing the ampliFI story and enterprise platform solutions to new financial institutions, presenting sales materials and proforma, pricing negotiations, contract negotiations, and execution. It also includes a successful handoff between the client and internal teams for program implementation and platform service delivery. This role also includes relationship management/development with partners and lead channels to develop additional leads and provide industry thought leadership and expertise.

Requirements

  • 7 years Sales / Service experience, preferably within Fintech, Financial Services, Payments and / or the Loyalty space.
  • 7 years Business Development and enterprise sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles (typically 6–12+ months) involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong, persuasive presentation skills, especially with C-level decision makers.
  • Effective and persuasive presentation skills to C-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with prospects, partners, and clients.
  • Seasoned in sales negotiation skills for pricing and contract terms.
  • Experience in prospecting and targeting new prospects through multiple channels.
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales target goals, including sales planning and strategies.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent tools to track leads and opportunities.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for owning the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling complex enterprise platform solutions within financial services, loyalty/rewards, or payments industries.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales, SaaS-based platform software products, payment processing and networks.
  • An active network of contacts or relationships within the target industry (Fintech, Banking, Retail/Loyalty).
  • Ability to develop thought leadership and industry expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Proactively sell platform software products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Execute complex enterprise sales strategies to target, pitch, and close high-value financial institutions.
  • Present to prospects via phone, webinar, and onsite meetings, effectively presenting to C-level suite within the prospect.
  • Handle all follow-ups directly with the prospect.
  • Prepare presentations, documents, financial proforma, and any other materials due to the prospect to assist them in their decision process.
  • Work directly with the prospect on all contract negotiations to close the sales.
  • Prepare sales summary details to turnover to implementation teams and maintain ongoing client relationships through the platform service handoff.
  • Provide sales support for partner clients and lead generation sources, as needed.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, client conferences, and events.
  • Effectively manage and update all leads and opportunities with Salesforce or equivalent tool.
