About The Position

MSI Americas is a multinational with presence in 14 countries throughout America, trajectory in the Telecommunications & IT sector and the best work team, we believe in offering services and products that allow the humanized use of technology connecting it with society. This role is for a Senior Sales Executive focusing on the Technology/IT sector, selling to the USA market. The primary objective is to ensure sustained revenue growth through new client acquisition, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. The role requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape, particularly in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services, and involves meeting and exceeding sales targets. All activities are to be documented in Odoo CRM.

Requirements

  • Professional degree, ideally in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience in commercial management and sales.
  • Proven experience handling assigned sales quotas.
  • Candidates currently working in the IT sector with experience selling IT services in the U.S. market.
  • Commercial management and consultative selling.
  • Preparation of commercial proposals.
  • General knowledge of IT and technology solutions.
  • Understanding of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Basic enterprise technology architectures.
  • Technology market trends and evolution.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the sustained growth of the company's revenue through the acquisition of new clients.
  • Prospecting and identifying potential clients.
  • Generating new business opportunities.
  • Making calls and sending messages.
  • Managing client relationships.
  • Driving loyalty and sales growth.
  • Effectively closing business opportunities that ensure company profitability.
  • Recording all activities and opportunities in Odoo CRM.
  • Understanding of the local, regional, and global environment regarding technology, its applications, and its future, with a total focus initially in the USA and subsequently Europe.
  • Implement the MSI sales process by generating commercial opportunities on a recurring basis.
  • Continuous search for technology solutions and proposals applied to the market.
  • Proactivity, going out to seek opportunities that allow for increasing the company's sales levels.
  • Reach and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Continuous and ongoing communication with potential clients to establish a relationship that allows for the identification of opportunities and the presentation of proposals.
  • Search and detection of potential new businesses and commercial opportunities in a continuous and sustained manner.
  • Preparation of commercial offers, ensuring viability in terms of deadlines, conditions, and profitability for the company.
  • Negotiation of contracts and commercial agreements, establishing clauses that ensure the greatest benefit for the company.
  • Continuously and permanently control the profitability and performance of assigned accounts.
  • Closing sales by obtaining the customer's formal commitment to purchase.
  • Support for the preparation of proposals and presentations with the help of the marketing department to generate added value and enhance the brand.
  • Preparation and review of PLs.
  • Technical analysis of RFQs.
  • Fulfillment of sales quota established by contract.
  • Document all opportunities, interactions, communications, and related matters in Odoo.
  • Support to Service Delivery if required in commercial aspects.
  • Monitoring internal and external sales processes to ensure billing.
  • Participation in meetings in different areas.
