About The Position

GoGlobal is seeking a driven Senior Sales Executive for the Americas market to expand its client base, manage the full sales cycle, and drive revenue growth. This role involves generating new business opportunities through various channels, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads, and engaging directly with C-level executives. The position requires collaboration with internal teams, representation at client meetings and industry events, and staying updated on market trends. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales experience, proficiency in pipeline building, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience selling to C-level executives. The role is organized, strategic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first global team, with occasional travel required.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B Sales experience, ideally in professional services such as Global Expansion, Payroll, Accounting & Taxes or Outsourcing.
  • Proficiency in building pipeline through multiple channels, including: Prospecting accounts (cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, outbound email cadences, etc.), Building and nurturing a network of referral partners who provide strong leads, Participating in events (organizing local events or attending industry events where prospects and partners can be found), Leveraging an existing network of contacts, Any other creative, proactive activity that generates new leads (we encourage out-of-the-box approaches, from business park visits to innovative digital outreach).
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and closing complex deals
  • Organized, Strategic, and comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first global team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, events, and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, consistently updating CRM and reporting key metrics.
  • Engage directly with C-level executives and other decision-makers to drive high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth onboarding and solution alignment.
  • Represent GoGlobal at client meetings and industry events (some travel required).
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities.
