The Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) organization, part of Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS), focuses on 400 million small and medium enterprise customers. Within SME&C, the Global Sales Enablement & Operations (GS&O) team aims to accelerate customer AI transformation and growth through excellence in global go-to-market strategy and execution, driving customer success, fostering exceptional execution at scale, and developing SME&C into a leading AI frontier salesforce. As the Senior Sales Excellence Manager for the Cloud & AI Platforms solution area (Azure) in the Americas Operating Unit, you will be a strategic partner to sales leadership. Your primary role is to enhance sales execution rigor, ensure pipeline health, and provide business insights to accelerate growth and customer value realization within the Cloud & AI Platforms business. This role offers the chance to drive business growth, gain exposure to high-impact Cloud & AI Platforms business rhythms, develop deep acumen in cloud infrastructure, AI services, and consumption forecasting, and deliver data-driven storytelling and strategic orchestration. You will be part of the Americas Sales Excellence organization in GS&O, focusing on driving actionable outcomes, optimizing the Cloud and AI sales process, and influencing segment and sales leaders to achieve business objectives. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders will be key to delivering forward-looking performance recommendations and ensuring a predictable Rhythm of Business (ROB) with cross-functional teams for quality four-quarter (4Q) rolling business outcomes. You will also instill sales process discipline in pipeline health management, guide Sales Leaders on Microsoft sales methodologies (MCEM), and proactively manage change across the Cloud and AI Platforms business.
