The Senior Sales & Events Advisor's primary function is to lead a team of high-performing sales advisors, driving awareness and consideration of IQ Fiber to become the internet provider of choice in the communities served. This role involves developing relationships with community leaders and residents, executing local sales plans, and creating sales events and activities to achieve market penetration objectives. Senior Sales Advisors act as local experts on fiber and broadband services, working in the community to increase subscriptions in serviceable areas. They are required to plan and attend community events, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, to boost customer acquisition. The role also involves close collaboration with sales leadership, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to capitalize on sales opportunities throughout the customer journey.
