As a Senior Sales Engineer at Branch, you will play a critical role in enabling our customers to understand and leverage Branch’s attribution and deep linking technology. You’ll work directly with customers, addressing technical requirements, delivering compelling demonstrations, and collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure successful outcomes. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering roles.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven capability in managing technical evaluations and troubleshooting customer issues effectively.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and customer-centric approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with mobile technology, APIs, or integration platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution or deep linking technologies is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical discovery calls to deeply understand customer challenges and requirements.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations highlighting how Branch solutions address customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to position and develop technical solutions.
  • Manage technical aspects of the sales cycle, addressing customer queries, objections, and integration requirements.
  • Act as a technical advocate for customers, ensuring their technical needs are met effectively.
