Wand is seeking a founding Sales Engineer to spearhead the technical aspects of their go-to-market strategy and establish the customer engineering function. This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership to transform cutting-edge AI into tangible business outcomes for clients. It's a hands-on, strategic position for an individual who excels as a builder, storyteller, and strategist, acting as a player-coach, architect, and consultant. The Sales Engineer will engage directly with enterprise clients to translate complex business challenges into technically verifiable hypotheses, create concise proofs of concept and demonstrations, and facilitate the realization of early value from Wand’s platform.
