The position also requires leading live sessions, running cohorts, coaching representatives, and ensuring the effectiveness of the created content. The Specialist will collaborate with the Enablement Lead, who focuses on strategy, program design, and leadership development, while the Specialist drives execution by providing reps with necessary, well-built, and consistently delivered content. The ideal candidate is a builder who enjoys direct engagement and understands that effective enablement focuses on skill development rather than just slide presentations.
