At Mimecast, our Global Enablement team is the engine behind seller performance and we're growing it. As Sales Enablement Business Partner, you'll be a hands-on member of our North America Enablement team, working closely with the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to bring our regional programs to life. You'll co-design and deliver training, collaborate with the Director of Manager Enablement to equip managers to coach sellers in the field, and help ensure that every sales rep has what they need to execute with confidence. This is a practitioner role. You'll spend your time facilitating sessions, building program content, reinforcing methodology, and staying close to what's happening in the field.
