As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you’ll join the DCM Digital team as the first sales hire, driving outreach, qualification, and pipeline growth across the full sales cycle. You’ll play a critical role bridging marketing and sales—ensuring every lead is followed up on, every opportunity is tracked, and the team is set up to close effectively. You’ll get hands-on exposure to both outbound and inbound sales, collaborate with experienced sales and marketing leaders, and have access to modern sales technology tools and data platforms. This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days onsite in our Toronto office every week.
