The Sales Development Enablement Senior Manager drives revenue growth by equipping the Box Sales Development teams with the strategies, content, training, and tools necessary to increase productivity and meetings booked. You will serve as a strategic partner to the Sales Development leadership team, leading role-specific enablement initiatives for the segment while reinforcing global enablement programs and developing tailored support for Lead Gen needs. As part of the broader Go To Market Enablement, you will collaborate with other enablement professionals on programs across all of Box Go To Market teams. This role requires senior stakeholder influence, high-impact coaching, data analysis to measure ROI, and cross-functional collaboration.
