As a Senior Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact (which also makes you the first impression) for prospective home buyers who come into our model homes or reach out for more information on our website. You’ll be a key player in creating a luxury client experience that will ensure buyers have a solid understanding of what our active adult luxury downsize communities offer and affirm to them that building with us will be a great experience. You’ll partner with floorplan designers to help clients choose floorplans that fit their desired lot and stay within their budget. You will also be collaborating with the Sales Manager to generate sales and marketing campaigns in order to generate leads, maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads and to keep us current in the ever-changing home building market.
