About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of store sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and performs additional senior-level responsibilities within the store. The role generates sales, promotes Music & Arts’ lesson program, and builds business through networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. The associate develops customer relationships, presents products based on sales training, and promotes customer loyalty.

The position also participates in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance, and helps maintain store security by managing perimeter door keys, register keys, and a personal alarm code. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities
